What we build and how we work.

Know where to start

Most organisations can feel where the hours in their business are going, and want to see it in figures before deciding anything. We map that across the whole business, rank every automation opportunity by its impact on the bottom line, and hand you a report that sets out what each is worth to you and where to begin.

  • Your processes mapped, with you and your team
  • Every opportunity ranked by impact
  • Yours to keep, whatever you decide next

Increase capacity without increasing headcount

Increased capacity means your team's time is freed up to focus on the work that grows the business, while the work that repeats every week is handled by a system designed to integrate with how you already work. Once built, it keeps running, week after week.

  • Enquiries answered, leads qualified, quotes followed up
  • Customers onboarded, questions answered, data moved between systems
  • Reports built, paperwork processed, numbers kept current

Turn more visitors into customers

People look a business up before they get in touch. A website built for that moment turns those visitors into customers, by making the next step an obvious one.

  • Designed and built from scratch, for your business
  • Connected to the systems that run behind it
  • Code, domain and content, yours from day one

How we work
  1. 1Scope

Every engagement begins with listening. The first conversations are about your business, your team and the way you already work. What we build is shaped around that, and agreed with you in writing before any work begins, so you can see exactly what it depends on and what you receive.

  2. 2Build

Building is a collaborative process. We work alongside you throughout, so that what we build fits the way you and your team already work and feels natural to use from the first day. You see progress as we go, and decisions about how the finished work looks and behaves are made with you. Everything is tested properly before going live, then handed over as yours.

  3. 3Measure

Once everything has been live for a while, we compare the key metrics from before and after so you can see the impact of your new system.

  4. 4Compound

Everything we build is yours outright, in your name, from the day of launch. From there, the choice is yours. Continue with us as a partner and the next piece of work follows once the first has proven itself, or take things from here yourself, with us on hand whenever anything needs attention.

Questions

No. You can come to us with one process already in mind, or wanting a website, and we start there. The Roadmap is for anyone who wants the full picture first, every opportunity across the business ranked by impact, before deciding what to build, and it is where we would recommend beginning.

That works well on its own. A good website means more than looking the part, and it should turn visitors into customers. You can have one without any automation. If we build yours, it is set up from the start to plug into the software you use, with automations integrated whenever you want them.

No. Everything is explained in plain language as the work goes. The technical side stays with us, so what you see is the finished work and what it does for you.

Your data stays inside your own systems and accounts, and none of it is copied into ours. Whatever we build connects to the systems you already use rather than moving your information somewhere new.

Yes, all of it. The code, the accounts, the content and the domain are set up in your name from the start, and a roadmap report is yours the day it is handed over. If you choose not to continue with us, nothing switches off and nothing has to be moved. Everything stays in your name exactly as it is, and looking after it from there is yours to arrange.

It depends entirely on the project and its scope. Anyone who gives a timeline before understanding how your business works is guessing, so we complete the scoping properly first and then provide an estimate of the timeline based on real data.

You can, and for some things you should. A chatbot answers a question. A system has to fit the way your business already runs, apply your own rules every time, handle the cases nobody thought to mention, and keep working when something upstream changes. It also has to be tested properly, because a broken automation looks exactly like a working one until a customer notices. Building and looking after that is what we do.
