Know where to start.
See exactly where the bottlenecks in your business are, and how we can help unblock them using AI and automation
Where it begins
Most organisations have a rough idea of where things could be more efficient or where revenue is being left on the table. The Automation Opportunity Roadmap maps processes across your business, so the bottlenecks you already know about are measured in hours per week and pounds per year, and the ones that have gone unnoticed come into view beside them. From there you can see what each would return with our systems in place, and where to begin.
What happens
- Discover
We consult directly with your team to find out more about your processes and how your people actually like to work.
- Map
Current processes are mapped with the people who run them day to day so we are fully aligned on every step, and knowledge that currently only exists in people's heads is distilled into Standard Operating Procedures.
- Quantify
For each process we record how often it happens, how long it takes, who is involved and what an hour of their time is worth.
- Score
Every automation opportunity is scored on its projected impact on the bottom line, measured in hours per week and pounds per year, whether that comes from increased revenue or efficiency.
- Report
We create a report which we walk through with you. Every figure is explained, so you leave knowing what each one means for your business.
What we ask of you
From your side, the Roadmap is a series of conversations with the people who run each process, fitted around your week. We look at the systems you use and any documentation that already exists. Those conversations are where the detail comes from. Every decision, every rule and every exception is talked through, so the report and recommendations reflect the way your business really runs.
What you receive
You receive a detailed report (your Automation Opportunity Roadmap) which lays out the bottlenecks in your business, the gaps in how your processes are documented, and every automation opportunity ranked by its impact on the bottom line, with the hours per week and pounds per year behind each one. The report is yours to keep, whatever you decide next.
Many businesses depend on one person for the know-how behind a process. If that person were away, or moved on, the knowledge would go with them. We distil everything so that both your staff and any system we build can understand and follow how things are done in your business.
What happens after
If you decide to build with us, we recommend prioritising the opportunities with the biggest measurable impact, so your business feels the improvement as early as possible. Once the first system is live, we measure it against the baseline figures captured before anything was installed so the return can be demonstrated. From there we work through your Automation Opportunity Roadmap and implement the rest in turn to create compounding gains across your processes.
How pricing works
The Roadmap has a fixed fee. If you go on to build with us, that fee is credited in full against the project, so finding out where to start never costs twice. The report is yours whether you build with us, go elsewhere, or do nothing at all.
In practice that is rare, because the Roadmap looks at processes across the whole business, and the most hours are often found in the ones that have quietly run the same way for years. If it did happen, you would still leave with every process mapped and documented, the figures behind each one, and the certainty that your business already runs as efficiently as it can. That is worth knowing in itself.
You can. Mapping happens on every build, one process at a time, so that what we put in place fits how you actually work. The Automation Opportunity Roadmap is a report covering processes across your business, with each automation opportunity ranked by projected impact. The most obvious fix is not always the one with the highest impact. Seeing everything side by side often surfaces opportunities that had not been considered, some worth more than the one you had in mind.
It depends on how many processes are in view and how much there is to learn about each one. Anyone who names a timeline before understanding that is guessing, so we agree the scope with you first and then give you a proper estimate.
It helps. Anything that already exists, whether an audit someone else ran, a tool you tried or a system that is still being built, becomes part of what we map and count. The Roadmap begins from where your business is today and builds on it.
